What Distinguishes joyoushout's Work?Joyoushout studies and supports personal and collective change and liberation that is love rather than fear-driven and inspired by evolving visions of a world in which we can all thrive. We continually learn from those are most directly impacted and whose work is rooted in lived experience, ancestral wisdom, deep care and connection, clear analysis, and the celebration of both our differences and common ground. We believe all forms of oppression and inequality create "heirarchies of human value" (Heather McGhee) which limit our growth and evolution and result in deep harm to us all. We are deeply committed to deepening our engagement in meaningful change work here in the U.S. and abroad.
Joyoushout's founder Rinah Rachel Galper uses her expanded JEDI Model, Healing Diamonds, Joyoushout Changemaker Ecosystem, and the 13 Phases of Personal and Collective Change (created in collaboration with Lindy Chichola), to support individuals, group, small businesses and organizations seeking to deepen their love, care, and justice driven practices and become the best version of themselves.
